Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold by Orbit Labs.

Digital goods

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly by a secure download link, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The download link never worked and we could not deliver the file.
• The product was materially not as described on the sales page.

To request a refund, email envoynco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
